The Fuji Exhibit Hall in Carson City is a wonderful indoor facility for our festival - no need for canopies! A kitchen and bathrooms are located inside the Hall. A 10x10 booth space is only $130 for artists and $175 for commercial vendors for the 3-day weekend. Tables are available for rent as well as electricity.

 

Show Hours for 2024:

Friday, September 8th - 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Saturday, September 9th - 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Sunday, September 10th - 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

 

Setup Hours:

Fuji Exhibit Hall will be open on Friday from 10:30 to 5:00 pm for vendor setup.

Applicants whose merchandise is their own personal art (gourd, basket, or wood art, etc.) will register as private artist vendors. To better support our artists, imported, mass-produced items will not be acceptable for sale. Those selling tools, dyes, books, and craft related supplies must register as commercial vendors. Nevada Gourd Society reserves the right to determine eligibility issues.

 

Applications must be received by March 1, 2024. 

No cancellation refunds after September 1, 2024.

 

Vendor Application

Send an email to Kristy Dial at nevadagourdsociety@gmail.com to request a vendor application, and a copy of our Terms of Agreement.

If no booths are available, you can request to be put on a waiting list should there be a cancellation.

 

Payment

Payment will NOT be required until you have been accepted into the show. We recommend you apply early. If we have more applicants than we can accept, we will put you on our waiting list. Once accepted, we will contact you and make payment arrangements at that time.
